Once you have placed your order online we will take between 1 and 3 days to process your order and have it collected by one of our delivery partners. You will receive a notification email once your order has been collected and is on its way to you. Most deliveries happen within 1-3 days, but can take longer if you are in an outlying area or not in SA.
If you are needing an urgent delivery please confirm this is possible with us before placing your order. Overnight or same day deliveries are sometimes possible from Monday to Thursday depending on your area. Orders to be placed by 10am. Delivery times vary according to your area - depending on the distance from our dispatch warehouse in central Cape Town, SA.
If you live in South Africa in a main city centre, delivery typically takes 1-3 working days, but can take up to 5 days.
If you live in a main city centre and would like an overnight delivery we can accommodate you at an extra cost of R40-100. Urgent deliveries need to be booked before 10am. Please call or whatsapp us to arrange urgent deliveries - +272725249 or [email protected]
If you live in an outlying area, delivery typically takes 5-7 working days. If you know that you are in a ‘hard to get to location’ contact us on +272725249 or [email protected] and we can arrange delivery to your nearest postnet at a cost of R109 for parcels under 2kg.
If you live outside of South Africa our DHL partner will deliver your package in, typically, 5-10 working days. Please note that you may be charged taxes and customs by the country of entry. These charges are out of our control and are destination specific. HANNAH LAVERY takes no responsibility for the parcel once it leaves South Africa.
Delivery charges will be calculated at checkout according to your delivery address. Please make sure that your postal code is correct as this is what determines the delivery charge.
Delivery to main city centres in South Africa is free for orders over R1000.
International delivery charges are also calculated at checkout.

It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.
