Shipping and Returns


Shipping:

Local

Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days from order.  Once the order is complete your item will reach you within 2-4 business days depending on your location. Shipping is free for all local deliveries over R600.  We cannot accept PO Box addresses and require a contact number.
We do have a shop in Cape Town, so if you are based in the area you are welcome to select collection as the shipping option. You will then be notified once your order has been completed and is ready for you to collect.  

International

Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days from order.  Once the order is complete your item will reach you within 7-20 business days depending on your location. International shipping is a standard rate of R350 per delivery and is sent via registered mail.  Customers are responsible for any customs or import duties charged by the receiving country.  

Pre-Order

We do allow pre-order on certain products.  

Exchanges and Returns:

Local

We are here to make your online shopping experience as easy and simple as possible.  If for any reason you would like to exchange or return your product we will be happy to help.
To request exchanges or returns please email us at shop@hannahcollection.com and  we will arrange for a courier to contact you with collection details for the item/s.   When we receive the delivery, your replacement will be sent or a refund given.
Please ensure returned items are unworn and in good condition, with tags attached.
Your goods can be exchanged for store credit if you are unhappy with the style and would like to buy goods at a future date.
Exchanges and returns are not accepted on sale items.

    International

    Regrettably we cannot accept exchanges or returns on international orders.
