The Drift Shirt is a casual and relaxed take on the Linen Shirt

We love this stone washed, textured, pure linen shirt for its casual to smart casual appearance, depending on how you style it. Knotted low or high, Loose, Buttoned, Open as an overshirt - such fun. It pairs beautifully with the Slouchy linen pants for a fluid look

  • Made out of 100% pure linen that has been stonewashed (and pre-shrunk) to create a crushed texture as well as a slightly faded appearance. 155gm linen.

  • Ironing is not necessary on linen that has been stonewashed

  • Visible weave on this light Linen.

  • River shell pearlised buttons, with extra supplied in an envelope (keep safely)

  • Mandarin collar

  • Lightly dropped sleeves with tab and button for roll-up and hold option

  • Top front pocket

  • Curved front, to tie or not, up to sides and around down the back to cover some booty

  • Models: Sarah (1.78m) wears an 8, Soraya (1.74m) wears an 8 and Jana (1,75) wears size 10

  • Measurements: Length, front shoulder to hem, 65 cm to scooped front - based on size 10

  • Imagined and made in Cape Town, South Africa.

  • Fit advice: Oversized fit. True to size, but if you are between sizes go for the size down as this is a loose fitting style.

  • NB washcare: Stonewashed linen has a beautiful crushed and textured appearance that can be maintained with tumble drying and no ironing. Please refer to the fabric and care instructions for further details

Fabric and Care

Fabric composition: 100% Linen
Linen has amazing properties. It is breathable, absorbent and temperature regulating, however it does crease. This linen has been stonewashed to set in a crushed look that helps reduce the appearance of strong creasing. In order to keep this look, wash on a cold gentle cycle with a softener and then tumble dry. You can also hang up your garments on a hanger to dry. Ironing is optional, but it will affect the appearance of the texture created by the stonewashing.
***Stonewashed black garments have a slightly faded look. All our fibres are made from various forms of plant materials, which have amazing properties for the skin as they are breathable and absorbent, however they do crease.***
Washing: Machine washable on a cold gentle cycle. Hang dry on a hanger not over line. Ironing optional.
